You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing the full-funnel, multi-channel strategy to generate a predictable pipeline of qualified prospective advisors.
You will own the advisor acquisition number, from initial awareness to handoff with the sales team. This is a highly collaborative and high-impact role, working at the intersection of marketing, sales, product, and operations to turn Savvy&rsquo;s compelling story into measurable pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on B2B marketer who excels at building and optimizing scalable lead-generation programs.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop and execute the end-to-end demand generation strategy for our B2B advisor recruiting motion, aligning with pipeline and revenue goals.</li><li>
Own and manage multi-channel campaigns, including paid social, SEM, email marketing, content syndication, webinars, and virtual/in-person events.</li><li>
Build, test, and optimize lead nurturing programs and marketing automation workflows to move prospects through the funnel.</li><li>
Partner closely with the Strategic Growth (Sales) team to ensure seamless lead handoff, optimize the MQL-to-SQL conversion rate, and gather feedback on lead quality.</li><li>
Collaborate with Product Marketing to leverage core platform messaging and sales enablement resources (decks, one-pagers) for your campaigns.</li><li>
Work with the Content team to develop a content strategy that fuels the acquisition funnel (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinar topics).</li><li>
Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.</li><li>
Manage the marketing tech stack (Marketing Automation, CRM, analytics tools) to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity.</li></ul>
Must have:<ul><li>
6+ years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology platforms.</li><li>
Proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel marketing campaigns that successfully generated pipeline and revenue.</li><li>
Deep, hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, and ad platforms (e.g., Linkedin, Meta)</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on key funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, CPL, conversion rates).</li><li>
Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with sales, marketing, and product teams</li><li>

POSITION OVERVIEW
Sanctuary for Families Community Law Project (CLP) seeks an attorney with domestic violence and/or family law experience to provide comprehensive, culturally competent legal services to survivors of domestic and gender based violence who seek assistance with family offense, custody/visitation, and child/spousal support proceedings, as well as matrimonial matters. The attorney will also conduct community legal clinics, outreach and training and will collaborate with other agencies to advocate for systemic change. The attorney will work out of the Manhattan Office and will report to the Center&rsquo;s Sr. Deputy Director and Sr. Director. 
RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Provides direct representation and advocacy to clients in family law litigation, including family offense, custody and visitation, child and spousal support and divorces in all five boroughs of NYC. Provides other advocacy as needed, including the criminal legal and child protective systems;</li><li>
Provides pro se legal assistance and consultations to clients in family law matters;</li><li>
Conducts legal clinics at community based organizations;</li><li>
Staffs the Legal Helpline;</li><li>
Co-counsels cases with project, Legal Center and pro bono attorneys; supports training of junior staff members.Advocates directly for clients with key stakeholders including but not limited to NYPD, prosecutors, Administration for Children&rsquo;s Services (ACS), Human Resources Administration (HRA), and Division for Homeless Services (DHS);</li><li>
Conducts community based outreach and training;</li><li>
Works with Sanctuary&rsquo;s Community and Outreach Training Initiative (SCOTI) to coordinate, organize and participate in outreach and training events;</li><li>
