 As a People Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations. Based in NYC, you&rsquo;ll work closely with colleagues in both New York and Dallas, as well as our wider People team, reporting to a manager in London. You&rsquo;ll need to be confident working independently, managing priorities, and partnering across time zones.

  What you'll be doing:

 <ul>
  <li>
   Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Workday, ensuring all joiners, movers, and leavers are correctly processed.
  </li>
  <li>
   Respond to employee queries received via the central mailbox in a timely and professional manner, escalating where appropriate.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for new joiners, ensuring all federal forms and compliance requirements are met.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide clear and accurate HR advice to employees, explaining policies and procedures and escalating to People Business Partners when necessary.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and issue employment-related letters and documentation as required.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support ad-hoc HR projects as requested by the People team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with HR Operations colleagues in both the US and UK, primarily supporting US teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.

   Previous HR administrative experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience using an HR system (Workday experience highly desirable).
  </li>
  <li>
   Basic understanding of payroll processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   General knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong administrative and organizational skills, with great attention to detail.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to prioritize effectively, work at pace, and meet tight deadlines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  </li>

Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
