Position Summary</b></p><p>
The Human Resources Operations Lead serves as a senior operational and systems-focused HR professional responsible for overseeing HRIS data integrity, employee lifecycle transactions, and core HR administrative functions. This role plays a critical leadership function within Human Resources by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of employee data while acting as a subject-matter expert for HR systems, onboarding, and employee record management.</p><p>

<div><p><b>Major Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li> Serves as independent consultant and subject matter expert for HR and business leaders on issues related to talent management.</li><li> Designs, builds, and delivers enterprise performance management processes, ensuring consistent timely execution through collaboration with site human resources.</li><li> Advises on organizational talent selection testing practices to ensure use of legally defensible and valid methods that improve hiring decision accuracy and employee retention.</li><li> Facilitate &amp; design tools to enable a robust talent review process that measures key skills and identifies high-potential talent and successors to key roles.</li><li> Leads a succession planning process for the enterprise for key roles to enable understanding of bench strength and recommend actions to mitigate risk.</li><li> Ensures team success through strong collaborative relationships among human resources and operational leaders to ensure that ongoing talent management practices support the changing needs of the business.</li><li> Analyzes data to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of organizational practices and processes.</li><li> Partners with HR stakeholders and business leaders to develop value-add talent solutions.</li><li> Serves as internal consultant and subject matter expert on issues related to talent management.</li></ul><p><b><br>
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:</b></p><ul><li>
None Required.</li></ul><p><b><br>
Education Required:</b></p><ul><li>
Master's Degree in Organizational Development, I-O Psychology, Business Psychology, MBA or related field.</li></ul><p><b><br>
Experience Required:</b></p><ul><li>
Typically requires 5 years of experience in field in supporting, facilitating and evaluating large scale human capital initiatives.</li></ul><p><b><br>
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities Required:</b></p><ul><li><ul><li>Knowledge of current best practices and research related to talent management tools and practices.</li><li>Working knowledge of analytics and data reporting techniques necessary for organizational research studies of human resources practices such as impact analysis and measuring success</li><li>Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Strong written communication skills including the ability to write formal organizational communications.</li><li>Strong oral communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills.</li></ul></li></ul><p><b><br>
