 The Senior Officer - Talent Attraction executes recruitment strategies, sources candidates, and participates in the full recruitment and talent acquisition cycles. He/ She ensures an efficient and effective recruitment process, manages candidate communication, supports onboarding, and enhances the Human Capital brand image.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Description

 Qualifications and Experience:

 Lumotive is seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager for our Oman office. This role encompasses a wide range of HR functions, from talent acquisition to HR operations and compliance. The Human Resources Manager will be instrumental in delivering a world-class employee experience to our team in Oman. Job Description:</div><div></div><div> 
Lumotive is seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager for our Oman office. This role encompasses a wide range of HR functions, from talent acquisition to HR operations and compliance. The Human Resources Manager will be instrumental in delivering a world-class employee experience to our team in Oman. This position reports directly to the corporate Vice President of Human Resources.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>
Assist with sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and hiring of team members.</li><li>
Establish and maintain contact with external recruitment sources.</li><li>
Attend job fairs and lead outreach efforts in Oman.</li><li>
Network with local organizations to source candidates for current or future openings. Partner with Lumotive hiring managers in Oman to ensure a high-caliber candidate talent pool.</li><li>
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the new hire orientation program is deployed effectively.</li><li>
Assist in maintaining open employee communication channels and uphold an open-door policy.</li><li>
Ensure employee issues are referred to the department manager for resolution or escalated to the VP of Human Resources.</li><li>
Partner with department managers to communicate performance expectations in accordance with the job description for each position.</li><li>
Serve as the first point of contact for Oman employee questions on policies, benefits, and procedures.</li><li>
Manage HR administration, including payroll, onboarding, leave management, and documentation.</li><li>
Coordinate with government bodies for visa processing, labor law compliance, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
