 Minimum of 5 years of procurement, sourcing, or contract management experience.

 Experience in energy, utilities, or large infrastructure projects strongly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of O&amp;M contract structures and vendor management practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement cost savings initiatives.
 </li>

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP or procurement system experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
