Responsibilities:
1. Vendor &amp; Contract Support<ul><li>

Track contract terms, renewal dates, and deliverables.</li><li>

4. General Procurement Functions &amp; Billing Support<ul><li>
Maintain organized contract files and procurement documentation.</li><li>
Assist with procurement, vendor onboarding, and other sourcing needs.</li><li>
Set up purchase orders (POs) in procurement systems</li><li>
Review vendor invoices for accuracy, pricing, and contract compliance prior to approval</li><li>
Resolve billing discrepancies with vendors and internal partners</li></ul>
5. Inventory Management &amp; Project Ownership<ul><li>
Support and progressively take ownership of inventory-related projects, including supply list standardization, inventory tracking, and ordering workflows.</li><li>
Maintain current inventory management processes.</li><li>
Partner with departments to ensure inventory levels, specifications, and pack sizes align with operational needs.</li><li>
Identify recurring inventory-related issues and implement practical process improvements</li></ul>

Global Procurement Director

<div>The Global Procurement Manager plays a critical execution role within ERM&rsquo;s global procurement function, translating category strategies into tangible business results. Reporting to the Global Procurement Director, this role is responsible for implementing strategy along key savings levers, managing tender processes and supplier selection, conducting supplier negotiations, and ensuring effective implementation management, procurement performance tracking, and supplier relationship management across priority spend areas.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Category Strategy Execution &amp; Savings Delivery<ul><li>
Implement approved category strategies across Field Supplies, Laboratories, Travel, Drilling services, and Real Estate</li><li>
Execute initiatives aligned to key savings levers, including demand management, specification optimization, aggregation, and field supplier consolidation</li><li>
Support category planning through market insight, spend analysis, and execution roadmaps</li><li>
Track and report savings, value delivery, and implementation progress against agreed targets</li></ul>
Tendering &amp; Field Supplier Selection<ul><li>
Lead and manage tender processes (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) in line with global procurement standards</li><li>
Coordinate evaluation criteria, commercial analysis, and stakeholder input to support field supplier selection decisions</li><li>
Ensure sourcing processes deliver best‑value outcomes while balancing cost, risk, service quality, and sustainability considerations</li></ul>
Field Supplier Negotiation &amp; Contracting<ul><li>
Conduct supplier negotiations across assigned categories, including commercial terms, pricing models, SLAs, and service requirements</li><li>
Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to support contract development and finalization</li><li>
Ensure negotiated agreements are practical, implementable, and aligned with category strategy</li></ul>
Implementation Management<ul><li>
Own implementation management for new field suppliers, contracts, and category initiatives</li><li>
