Sr. Procurement Contract Manager will provide support to the EPC/ BOP Procurement department and will draft, develop, review and negotiate a variety of contracts, including exhibits. EPC Procurement Contract Specialist will play a critical role in managing contractual and commercial risks and ensuring the successful execution of contracts for all services related to utility &ndash; scale development, procurement, design and construction of wind, solar and battery storage projects.</div><div></div><div>

Main accountabilities:</div><ul><li><div>
Act as primary focal point for internal and external stakeholders on all contractual matters from negotiation to close-out.</div></li><li><div>
Lead contract negotiations for complex agreements (Standalone EPC, MSAs, Service Agreements, Purchase Orders, etc.), ensuring alignment with company policies and risk management procedures and assessing contractual and commercial risks.</div></li><li><div>
Draft, review, negotiate and manage all contractual documents and exhibits in coordination with Legal and other cross-functional areas.</div></li><li><div>
Draft and review project documentation and attend project meetings to keep up to date on the project needs and timelines.</div></li><li><div>

Minimum qualifications:</div><ul><li>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in relevant discipline - Engineering or Construction, Contract Management, Legal Background or Project Management.</div></li><li><div>
7+ years of proven track record negotiating complex EPC contracts for large &ndash; scale projects within the energy industry, with a strong understanding of contracting processes and contracts negotiation.</div></li><li><div>
Experience in procuring, contracting and managing EPC/ BOP services for wind, solar and battery storage projects strongly preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Extensive commercial, contractual, technical and practical knowledge of energy industry standards.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with tender processes for contracts.</div></li><li><div>
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including exceptional attention to details and ability to multitask.</div></li><li><div>
Strong analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize and draw conclusions on large amounts of data.</div></li><li><div>

As a member of the procurement team, the Junior Buyer is an entry level position which performs tasks as assigned for the procurement of materials, supplies, and services for the construction of transmission lines and substations. The Junior Buyer is expected to develop skills necessary to plan, coordinate, and monitor procurement activities for given project. Assignments are closely supervised and are designed to further develop employee's job knowledge and abilities.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience
