Position Summary</h1>
Accounting Specialist will perform a variety of tasks related to the maintenance/processing of payroll for multiple jobs. When not assigned to a specific job, perform various duties and special projects in the Accounting Department.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h1><ul><li>
Process employee date changes (hires, terminations, updates, earnings/deductions) into payroll systems.</li><li>
Verify employee documentation for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>
Manage and reconcile Time &amp; Attendance data between systems.</li><li>
Allocate labor, time, and equipment in tracking systems and maintain related logs.</li><li>
