Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, this position personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers in the assigned territory - Louisiana territory, based out of Houston, TX
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<ul><li>
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.</li><li>

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRM software is essential.</li><li>

COMPENSATION
This role offers a competitive base salary plus a performance-based variable compensation plan with target incentive earnings of up to 45% of base salary, tied to achievement of sales and performance objectives. Top performers who exceed targets may earn above target incentive levels in accordance with plan guidelines.
COMMENTS<ul><li>
This position will require up to 75% travel within the territory/region.</li></ul>
