VAT, Customs and Indirect Taxes Assistant / Experienced Assistant</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Your key responsibilities</b></div><div><b><br>
</b></div><ul><li>Keep up-to-date with VAT, customs, digital service tax, and other indirect tax legislations and provide consultancy to clients.</li><li>
Assist clients in understanding their indirect tax obligations and developing appropriate strategies to comply.</li><li>
Actively participate in the preparation and review of tax returns (i.e. VAT3, DST, RCF).</li><li>
Support clients in indirect tax obligations.</li><li>
Provide consultancy on customs procedures and international trade legislation.</li><li>
Guide clients on the taxation of digital services.</li><li>
Support clients during indirect tax and customs audits and examinations.</li><li>
Collaborate on projects within the team and across disciplines.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Skills and attributes for success</b></div><div><br>
</div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Economics, Business Administration, Finance, International Trade and Logistics, etc.).</li><li>
Knowledgeable about indirect taxes or aiming to pursue a career in this area.</li><li>
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Proficient in English (written and spoken).</li><li>
Knowledge in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and Powerpoint.</li><li>
Team-oriented with strong communication skills.</li><li>
Open to continuous learning and self-improvement.</li><li>
Willing to learn indirect tax and legislation and practices.</li><li>
Keen on digital transformation of indirect taxes.</li><li>
No restrictions for domestic and international travels.</li><li>
