Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented <b>HSE Engineer </b>to join our team! In this role you will get to <b>support project operations by implementing Parsons&rsquo; SH&amp;E programs, conducting site inspections, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and client HSE requirements</b></p><p></p><p><b>
What You'll Be Doing:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Assisting the project or program manager in implementing and administering the site-specific SH&amp;E programs.</p></li><li><p>
Conducting audits of project sites to ensure compliance with Parsons&rsquo; corporate standards and applicable regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>
Inspecting worksites to identify hazards and providing technical expertise to control and eliminate associated SH&amp;E risks.</p></li><li><p>
Preparing and submitting detailed written reports for audits, inspections, and site observations.</p></li><li><p>
Monitoring work planning and operational performance to verify alignment with Parsons&rsquo; Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP).</p></li><li><p>
Implementing Parsons&rsquo; occupational injury, incident reporting, and case management procedures.</p></li><li><p>
Creating, maintaining, and updating SH&amp;E training records in accordance with project and corporate requirements.</p></li><li><p>
Participating in daily and routine safe work briefings with project teams.</p></li><li><p>
Performing additional SH&amp;E-related duties as assigned by the SH&amp;E Manager or project leadership.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
What Required Skills You'll Bring:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>
Bachelors degree </b>or equivalent in safety, health, and environmental/loss prevention or any relevant Engineering disciplines from an accredited university.</p></li><li><p>
With recognized Health and Safety education, certifications (ADVETI), <b>ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor qualification, </b>ISO 14001:2015, license or training in UAE (e.g. <b>NEBOSH Diploma, ADOSH SF-OSHMS Practitioner</b> A or B, Audit ISO Qualifications, First Aid, Fire Safety, etc.).</p></li><li><p><b>
More than 12 years </b>of relevant Health &amp; Safety experience within construction or infrastructure projects. At least 2 years of which preferably from similar Engineering Consultant.</p></li><li><p>
Consultant experience is desired.</p></li><li><p>
Strong knowledge of federal and state SH&amp;E regulations, reporting procedures, and local legislation.</p></li><li><p>
Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal capability.</p></li><li><p><b>
Able to attend in-person interviews in UAE.</b></p></li></ul><p><b><br>
