 Position Overview
 
 
 
 The Field Dispatch Queue Manager will oversee all field service requests, incidents, and problems while managing support operations and scheduling. This position ensures adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) by coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, developing ticket escalation processes, and performing quality assurance checks. We manage multiple e-commerce brands, provide services to international clients, and build long-term growth strategies across various industries. We are seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing company operations, multi-client projects, and driving business growth.Position: Project ManagerThe Project Manager will oversee all operational aspects of TAB ON TECH, ensuring smooth execution across multiple teams (design, development, marketing, SEO, data management, client services). This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and client management skills.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage company-wide operations and multiple client projects simultaneously.</li><li>Oversee day-to-day assignments, timelines, and deliverables across all teams.</li><li>Engage with clients: gather requirements, maintain professional communication, and ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Develop project roadmaps, allocate resources, and track deadlines.</li><li>Coordinate with Project Coordinators, Web &amp; Graphics Designers, SEO, Marketing, Data Specialists and other Teams.</li><li>Monitor and control project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.</li><li>Implement KPI tracking for sales, client success, turnaround times, and returns.</li><li>Conduct regular team reports, quality checks, and ensure high delivery standards.</li><li>Design and implement workflow automation and process improvements.</li><li>Support senior management in shaping business growth strategies.</li><li>Identify risks, propose solutions, and escalate issues proactively.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of proven experience in project management or operations (preferably in e-commerce, digital marketing, or technology services).</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.</li><li>Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.).</li><li>Good understanding of digital commerce workflows (Shopify, Amazon, SEO, Ads).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Financial management (budgeting, forecasting) experience preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Performance bonuses and growth-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to manage diverse clients and industries globally.</li><li>Professional, collaborative work culture.</li><li>Career advancement within TAB ON TECH&rsquo;s leadership structure.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>project management or operations: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Islamabad (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
