<div>About The Role
We&rsquo;re looking for a Chief Digital Architect to lead architecture vision and governance across a multi-brand digital ecosystem defining how customer-facing platforms, data, and Gen-AI applications come together to deliver next-generation experiences.
You&rsquo;ll act as the overall architecture authority, aligning strategy and execution across digital, web, mobile, loyalty, integration, and cloud. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with Enterprise, Cloud, and Solution Architects to design a cohesive, scalable, and secure landscape that powers innovation across multiple brands.
This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who combines deep technical acumen with strategic leadership and hands-on delivery.
What You'll Do<ul>
<li>
Act as the Chief Architect for the enterprise digital landscape.</li>
<li>Coordinate across Solution, Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture teams.</li>
<li>Map and document the current-state architecture across all digital domains.</li>
<li>Lead architecture reviews of key customer journeys and technology layers.</li>
<li>Design target-state architectures and transition roadmaps across platforms.</li>
<li>Define architecture for digital workstreams (web, mobile, loyalty, data, integration, cloud).</li>
<li>Ensure architectural coherence across Gen-AI, cloud-native, and CX applications.</li>
<li>Drive design reviews, documentation standards, and governance processes.</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>
12+ years building and delivering customer-facing digital applications (web &amp; mobile).</li>
<li>Expertise in MDM, CDP, CXP, CMS, DAM, and Loyalty platforms.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with cloud-native applications (Azure or GCP).</li>
<li>Experience building and deploying Gen-AI solutions.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of software architecture styles, microservices, and DevSecOps.</li>
<li>Exposure to multi-tenancy and FinOps in scalable cloud environments.</li>
<li>Experience leading architecture teams and collaborating with delivery squads.</li>
<li>Broad understanding of retail and e-commerce ecosystems.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul></div>
