 Primary Objective

 To support the project control personnel of various projects utilising the WorleyParsons project control systems in the set-up and execution phases of the project.

 Specific Accountabilities

 Provide specialist project control services for the support of the WorleyParsons project control system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Business Systems Group in the rollout of the project control system including initial configuration and contribution to training activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with project teams to ensure the correct utilisation of the project control system based on project specific requirements and corporate guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and develop data interfaces for third party project systems, as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and control Inter Entity Work Orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Safety &ndash; Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Business Systems Customer Sector Group. Understand and follow OH&amp;S procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Quality Assurance &ndash; Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Business Systems Customer Sector Group .
 </li>
 <li>
 Undertake project roles, as required, to include:
 </li>
 <li>
 Take ownership of the cost control function and ensure integrity of the data being processed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interface with project personnel to develop project forecasts and analyse project costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise any supporting roles in the project cost control area.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with clients to clarify cost related issues and develop timely and meaningful monthly invoices. Ensure payment of invoices according to EPCM contract terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of project invoices in conjunction with the Accounts Department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with Client for reporting purposes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of monthly financial reports for the project. Also prepare other financial analysis as required on an adhoc basis.
 </li>

 Implement financial controls including controlling authorisations of expenditure and cash flow projections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of budgets in conjunction with engineering and construction team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure effective coordination and cooperation between other team members, particularly in regard to cost, planning (forecasting) and procurement matters.

The Field Service Specialist - Pressure Control provides direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
As a Field Service Specialist &ndash; Surface Pressure Control, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>
Performing on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair and calibration after installation</li><li>
Responding to requests for emergency repairs and services to troublesome equipment</li><li>
Providing technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at customer's sites, developing and further expand technical knowledge and expertise, currently recognized industry standards for engineering ability</li><li>
Maintaining knowledge of applicable product line warranties, and accomplish effective warranty administration</li><li>

 Prepares material takeoffs on the most complex projects, drawings, and plans. Reviews takeoffs provided by the Engineering Department and checks for mathematical and technical accuracy.

 Develop procedures for the preparation of estimates for modifications and additions to the onshore and offshore facility.

 Prepare and/or supervise the preparation of estimates in accordance with the approved procedure for all phases of the works from the agreed engineering deliverables to the appropriate level of accuracy.

 Receive the engineering estimate from the lead/project engineer for each modification/addition and incorporate into the overall estimate for all phases of the work.

Lead Design Engineer I - Process Safety (Principal Safety Engineer)

 The Assistant DC will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of end-to-end Home Delivery Operations (HDO) from order receipt to final delivery and customer satisfaction. The role demands strong coordination between warehouse, HDO, stores, and customer call center teams to maintain predefined SLAs, drive customer experience excellence, optimize delivery performance, and support cost-efficient operations.
 
 
 This position requires a hands-on professional with a strong operational mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders while maintaining high service quality standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 1. Customer Experience &amp; Delivery Operations
 
 
 <ul>

 Coordinate and monitor all Home Delivery activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to predefined SLAs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive reduction in pending, postponed, and rescheduled deliveries through proactive follow-ups and planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth communication between the delivery team, store operations, and customer service for order status updates and exception handling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and improve customer satisfaction (NPS) by ensuring quick resolution of complaints and prompt customer feedback closure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track delivery metrics and highlight deviations, delays, or service issues for immediate corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with fleet teams to improve routing efficiency and truck utilization for optimal delivery productivity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain capacity as per the monthly plan and ensure operational flexibility within permissible limits.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 2. Cost &amp; Inventory Control
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at reducing delivery costs and optimizing overall operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the warehouse and finance teams to ensure accurate inventory handling and minimal shrinkage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in executing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., KATA, Lean) to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report cost-related KPIs periodically, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to approved budgets and support initiatives to reduce cost per delivery through better planning and execution.
 </li>

 3. People Development, Process Adherence &amp; Safety
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure complete compliance with defined Home Delivery Operations processes, SOPs, and safety protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct and maintain structured reviews, store visits, and floor audits; record findings and follow through on improvement actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate training and skill development programs for delivery staff and warehouse teams to build cross-functional capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support engagement initiatives such as team recognition programs, employee feedback sessions, and supervisor assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain structured logs for store visits, delivery observations, and performance feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote a culture of discipline, accountability, and safety awareness within the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate actively in daily management reviews (DMR) to discuss challenges, opportunities, and performance updates.
 </li>

 4. Projects &amp; Continuous Improvement

 Actively support ongoing productivity and process improvement projects within Home Delivery Operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project milestones and ensure timely execution and benefit realization as per predefined timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in key initiatives such as delivery route optimization, technology deployment (driver app/route optimizer), incentive policy rollout, and customer feedback analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Share best practices and process improvements across teams to standardize performance across regions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support pilot implementations for new models, tools, or workflows aimed at enhancing delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
 </li>

 Desired Candidate Profile:

 Education:
 
 Graduate / Postgraduate in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 4&ndash;7 years of experience in Home Delivery / Last-Mile Operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of delivery workflows, fleet coordination, route planning, and customer service operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in data handling, reporting, and use of ERP / delivery management systems (Oracle experience preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to process improvement methodologies
 
 (Lean / KATA / Six Sigma)
