 The Maintenance Planner is responsible for generating quality work packs, guided by the work orders, in alignment with the Planning and Scheduling Playbook (PPS) standard, and ensuring all plans follow safety and reliability protocols. This role plans routine corrective and preventative maintenance work by clearly identifying the tasks needed by craft and contractors, access, equipment, and materials to complete the job safely and efficiently. The Maintenance Planner continuously improves the accuracy and quality of work plans based on feedback from the field.
 
 
 
 What You Will Deliver
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Works closely with Area Team and SME&rsquo;s to evaluate and determine required scope of work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Determines the materials, resources, special tools, services, and sequential steps that result in quality job packages per the requirements set in the Job Package Checklist, in order to efficiently execute work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Includes applicable quality control / quality assurance requirement steps as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages backlog, within their area of responsibility, to clean up and prioritize work based on guidelines set in the Planning and Scheduling Playbook (PPS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Plans work orders from the backlog based on priority as set in the Planning and Scheduling Playbook (PPS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducts job/field walk-downs for the work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifies HSSE hazards, potential constraints and CoW requirements that need to be considered along with necessary mitigations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Determines whether a pre-defined job plan can used to drive consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understands and utilizes feedback to continuously improve job plan quality and accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enters PR&rsquo;s as necessary for materials and/or contractor resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Requests modification or creation of master data such as new materials, new locations and description changes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviews the bill of materials (BOM) and consults with engineering to update if needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains job package libraries and ensure job packages are complete, accurate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Updates target finish dates on P3 work orders with consideration of any constraints that may exist per the PPS Playbook.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sets realistic required-by dates for procurement of materials and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validates work order information is correct, reviews all work orders prior to changing status to READY and verifies materials are onsite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Notifies Maintenance Scheduler if changes are made to work orders that have been moved to READY status.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitates the Bi-Weekly area backlog meeting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible to generate plans that support the health, safety, and environmental performance to achieve the goal of no accidents, no harm to people and no harm to the environment.

 Supports the implementation of safety improvement recommendations.
 </li>

 Job Purpose
 
 
 The planner creates short- and long-term plan at item/location level of planned stock movements across the distribution network in order to meet customer service and operational targets. Planner is responsible for providing analytical support to the planning process. Provides accurate information to both business customers and support teams through the correct use of all information technology systems.  Position Qualifications:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance or equivalent.

 3-7 years of relevant working experience in a project administrator/billing role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data savvy and good working knowledge of financial systems and tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in interacting with international stakeholders, comfortable working as part of a global and multi-cultural team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in 6.30pm to 3.30am shift with Hybrid working.
