We are seeking a Maintenance Specialist &ndash; Grounds Keeper to join our team. Your role will support the facilities team in repairs and projects as needed. This role will also support the care of the grounds needed at agency sites as directed. This individual will also report directly to the Maintenance Lead at the assigned campus. As a member of the Facilities team, you will work with other team members and report to our Maintenance Lead.</p><p><b>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provides direct nursing care and/or clinical consultation for patients with thermal injuries or desquamating skin disorders that promotes optimal patient outcomes.</li><li>

Meets the educational needs of patients with thermal injuries or desquamating skin disorders, their caregivers, and staff utilizing a variety of teaching/learning principles.</li><li>
Participates in performance and quality improvement activities and other assigned meetings or burn center related projects.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree Preferred for all nurses hired after September 1, 2013. Nurses hired after this date without a BSN must complete their degree within 5 years of their hire date. <b>and 1-2 years experience Pediatric and burn experience</b></li><li>
Associate's Degree ADN Required. Current employees hired before September 1, 2013 are grandfathered and permitted to continue in the direct care nursing role. and 3-5 years experience Pediatric and burn experience</li><li>
One of the following: Licensed RN - MO, Registered Nurse Multistate License Missouri required upon hire</li><li>
One of the following: Licensed RN - Kansas, Registered Nurse Multistate License Kansas required upon hire</li><li>
