 Essential Responsibilities:<br>
1. Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.</p><p>
2. Completes the &ldquo;make-ready&rdquo; process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a &ldquo;punch&rdquo; list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.</p><p>
3. Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property&rsquo;s maintenance department by tracking inventory used, returning unused items to the established location, and notifying the maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.</p><p>
4. Completes documentation and other paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked.</p><p>
5. Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.</p><p>
6. Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, not being wasteful with materials and supplies, and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment.</p><p><br>
 Other Responsibilities:<br>
1. Complies with Greystar&rsquo;s safety and risk-management policies by attending and participating in the property&rsquo;s routine safety meetings, completing required training on OSHA and other safety related laws and requirements, and by reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately.</p><p>

Your work: You&rsquo;ll be assisting the Campus Manager with setting up audio/visual equipment for Board meetings, conferences and events using the Event Management System software applications. You will maintain a schedule for the Learning HUB and Lecture Hall, and assist with the physical set up, breakdown and general maintenance for events. You&rsquo;ll be assessing the needs of internal and external customers, and preparing the audio/visual set up in conjunction with Conference Services staff.

Incumbent is responsible for assisting with all the technical duties required for setting up and running audio/visual productions for campus facilities. The incumbent will also assist with setting up, breaking down, and general maintenance for all events booked at the college; as well as, operational services for the buildings of the college facilities.</div><br>

<div><b>
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </b>include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</div>

</ul><p></p><ul><li><div>Assist with setting up audio/visual equipment for meetings, conferences and scheduled events;</div>
</li><li><div>Actively monitors each event and oversees quality control of the audio visual equipment;
</div></li><li><div>Assist in assessing the needs of internal and external customers and assists in the preparation of the proper technical audio/visual set up for all college facilities;</div>
</li><li><div>Assist with maintaining the calendar schedule, facilitating general aspects of the audio visual equipment, and ensure that all safety procedures and guidelines are followed during all events held on the campus;</div>
</li><li><div>Serve as back up for all events booked on campus including, taking full responsibility for the operation of all equipment;</div>
</li><li><div>Assist with event set up, breakdown, and general maintenance for all events;</div>
</li><li><div>Work with the Event Management System software applications to ensure efficient set up for all events;</div>
</li><li><div>Ensure all service items and equipment is maintained; and</div>
</li>
</ul><p></p><div><ul><li><div>Provide daily facility maintenance.</div>

Job Summary and Qualifications</b></h5><p></p><p>
The Supply Chain Technician is responsible for receiving, keying, and promptly distributing all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations. The Supply Chain Technician is also responsible for conducting physical inventories of all POU areas according to the defined schedule.</p><p><b>

Deliver supplies in an accurate and timely manner</li><li>
Is authorized to transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices relative to core competencies of the position</li><li>
Place safety stock in proper location</li><li>
Receive expedited deliveries, accurately key receiving into the SMART system, and deliver to appropriate department(s)</li><li>
Receive all cross-docked items into the SMART system as appropriate</li><li>
Review Min/Max for storeroom safety stock daily and place orders appropriately</li><li>
Count par level areas (POU areas) weekly according to schedule</li><li>
Ensure POU items have the appropriate barcodes</li><li>
Perform QA random checks on totes per approved policy</li><li>
Rotate stock in POU areas and backup storeroom areas to ensure no items are out of date</li><li>
