EPA (refrigerant, transition, and recovery certification)</li><li>
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with team members, residents, vendors, and other stakeholders. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.</li><li>
Own a basic set of hand tools.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with good driving record and auto insurance.</li><li>
Ability to perform work responsibilities at other locations and ability to travel within major metropolitan areas with possible overnight stays in other cities.</li><li>
Ability to work some weekends as needed.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Must be able to sit, stand, climb, stoop, and remain at a desk for a period of up to 8 hours or more if needed.</li><li>
Must be able to walk the property for up to 8 hours (or more) in various weather conditions.</li><li>
Must have the ability to climb stairs</li><li>
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.</li></ul>
