In this role, we are relying on you to keep the community grounds safe, organized, well-maintained, and fully stocked with necessary supplies. You will be interacting with residents and ensuring the timely and satisfactory completion of service requests and inspections. 1. Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance, work-orders, and home refurbs.
