As the MDS Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll play a vital part in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellence in resident assessments and care planning. We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced Primary Care &amp; Walk-In Clinic team on a PRN basis. In this role, you&rsquo;ll work alongside Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Medical Assistants to deliver high-quality patient care to individuals of all ages&mdash;from infants to seniors.</div><div></div><div>
