 Responsibilities:

 Process Improvement &amp; Standardization: Analyze payroll processes to identify inefficiencies and risks; design and implement standardized workflows and policies aligned with best practices, compliance requirements, and organizational goals. Support GL interface updates and pay code setup/testing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Project Management: Lead global payroll transformation and optimization projects, managing cross-functional teams, deliverables, and change management. Maintain project dashboards and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Finance, GTO, TPE, Employment Tax, PE, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration, SLA compliance, and effective communication of milestones, risks, and outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Technology &amp; Automation: Drive payroll system enhancements and automation opportunities with TPE and vendors. Ensure ADP GV readiness, build custom reports, and evaluate emerging technologies to future-proof payroll operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compliance &amp; Risk Management: Maintain compliance with global tax, legal, and regulatory requirements by establishing controls, conducting audits, mitigating risks, and preparing SOX-related evidence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge Sharing &amp; Training: Deliver training on process improvements, tools, and systems while fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence across payroll teams.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Basic Qualifications:

 10+ years of relevant experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of payroll systems, compliance requirements, and tax regulations in multiple countries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in managing transformation projects and driving process improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in working with a payroll software (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP) and automation tools (e.g., RPA).
 </li>
 <li>
 Good analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

 Preferred Qualifications:

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; End-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness,variance analysis and compliance with statutory regulations
 
 
 &bull; In partnership with the HR Operations team, coordinate with finance and third-party vendors to ensure accurate salary disbursements, deductions, and filings are completed in a timely manner
 
 
 &bull; HR Operations support for day-to-day HR tools &amp; processes, including HRIS management, leaves of absence, payroll administration,and immigration support
 
 
 &bull; Facilitate onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all documentation and HR operations tasks are completed (e.g., new employee system setup, terminations)
 
 
 &bull; Maintain records of employee files in compliance with federal and/or local regulations
 
 
 &bull; Maintain and update organization charts
 
 
 &bull; Ensure system integrity of our HRIS by regularly auditing data
 
 
 &bull; Act as first point of contact for HR inquiries from employees; handle queries from People Helpdesk promptly
 
 
 &bull; Ad-hoc reporting and support as needed by the People TeamBasic
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 
 &bull; 2+ years&rsquo; experience payroll processing
 
 
 &bull; High level of attention to detail
 
 
 &bull; Ability to maintain confidentiality
 
 
 &bull; Strong analytical skills
 
 
 &bull; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
 
 
 &bull; Excellent judgment and discretion is a must
 
 
 &bull; Knowledge of applicable laws governing payroll and HR including benefits, compensation principles, income tax, and retirement plans
 
 
 &bull; Experience in dealing with compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll, including PF, Professional Tax, LWF, regulatory requirements and TDS
 
 
 &bull; Interest in working in a fast paced and high growth industry.
 
 
 &bull; Organized and detail-oriented with ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of quality, speed, and flexibility for change.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Job Knowledge, Experience:
 
 
 
 &bull; 2+ years&rsquo; experience in HR Operations
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree
 
 
 &bull; Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS systems, Payroll systems (ADP preferred).
