 Lead and supervise AML team to support AML Transaction Monitoring and AML Watchlist screening for the Prepaid and Payment Aggregator business.

 Ensure Risk events generated by automated AML monitoring system are duly reviewed to identify indicia of ML/TF risk and escalate patterns for reporting.

 Maintaining high standards of investigation levels by conducting root cause analysis (RCA) of disposed cases not meeting quality control norms.

 <li>
 Ensure due diligence reviews of high risk flagged individuals/entities and anomalous transaction patterns.
 </li>

 Prepare ground of suspicion (GoS) for filing Suspicious Activity Report (SAR)

 Ensure that risks issues identified are duly escalated and reported on a priority basis.

 Conduct annual ML/TF risk Assessment and conduct periodical risk rating of the customers/merchants.

 Review the validation and optimisation of detection scenarios and recommend system retuning thresholds for minimising false positive alerts.

 Ensure submission of all regulatory reporting within the prescribed timelines and all adhoc queries raised by the regulator are responded within timelines.

 Collate, review, and submit quarterly KYC/AML returns to the regulator.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct advanced KYC/AML training for the AML team and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in respect of employee training, including adequate arrangements for awareness and training of all employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for timely submission of CTR, STR, CCR, and NTR reports to FIU-India. Also ensure STR reports are filed within the stipulated timelines after due review of transaction patterns, ground of suspicion and details of investigation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse unusual transaction patterns periodically to understand new typologies and recommend controls to mitigate ML/TF risks to the organisation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review detection scenarios based on the typology study to configure additional red flag indicators in the AML system.

 Responsibilities:

 Oversee QA audits for Payment abuse, Chargeback,, fraud, Fa appeaks and dispute review processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain golden datasets and benchmarks for decision quality across multiple lines of business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze error trends, conduct RCAs, provide insights, and recommend improvements to virtual agents / prompts, policies, and workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead reviewer calibration, and coaching sessions
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Trust Product Management, Policy Operations, Engineering, and Data Science to enhance moderation tooling
 </li>

 Document QA insights and support compliance and audit reporting

 Influence and partner with stakeholders to drive quality and performance improvements

 Conduct thorough review of work performed by QAs to ensure deliverables meet standards

 Work closely with Policy and Training to drive clarity and consistency on policy application

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Basic Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Policy, Quality Engineering or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 6+ years experience in Trust &amp; Safety, Decision Quality Assurance, Content Policy, Banking services
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in coaching/mentoring individuals and team
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience successfully implementing Decision Quality solutions / frameworks
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Large Language Models (LLM), prompt engineering, prompt iteration, debugging and deployment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of and experience working with regulatory compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Data science expertise with capability for providing actionable data insights to drive continuous improvement.
