</ul><div><b>Compliance &amp; Safety</b></div>
<ul><li>Ensure all equipment and processes comply with OSHA, FDA, GMP, and other applicable regulations</li>
<li>Participate in safety audits and risk assessments</li>
</ul><div><b>Project Management</b></div>
<ul><li>Manage capital projects from concept to completion, including budgeting and scheduling.</li>
<li>Prepare technical documentation, equipment specifications, and project reports.</li>
</ul><div><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or related field</li>
<li>Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) or equivalent preferred</li>
<li>Six Sigma Green Belt or similar process improvement certification preferred</li>
<li>At least 4-7 years of experience in packaging machinery design, maintenance, or process engineering (food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industry preferred)</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of packaging automation, PLCs, sensors, pneumatics, and motion control systems</li>
<li>Proficiency with CAD and 3D modeling software</li>
<li>Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM principles is a plus</li>
<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li>
<li>Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality</li>
</ul><div><b>TRAVEL: </b>Travel to equipment vendors or other sites as required (up to 15%)</div>
<div></div><div><b>WORKING ENVIRONMENT</b><b>:</b> Regular work in a manufacturing setting, including exposure to noise, temperature variations, and food processing environments.</div>

<ul><li>Base Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 per year</li>
<li>Annual Bonus: 5% of base salary, based on company and/or individual performance</li>
