 <div><ul><li>To facilitate and formulate Electrical Supervision, management, coordination, administration and strict enforcement of the Construction scope included as part of FEED/EPC Contract in line with Client's objective of progressing Work Order completion timely and to project schedule
</li><li>Coordination of the FEED/EPC Contractor from construction through commissioning and handing over of FEED/EPC works
</li><li>Review and provide input to the overall construction/installation plan, procedures and construction/installation requirements identified in the EPC Packages developed by FEED contractor to ensure efficient constructability
</li><li>Ensure the construction/installation plan, procedures and requirement developed by EPC contractor comply with the EPC Scope of Work intent and requirements.
</li><li>Coordinate and assist fabrication works at EPC contractor&rsquo;s or EPC contractor's subcontractor&rsquo;s fabrication facilities
</li><li>Supervise, monitor and inspect the work EPC contractor and EPC contractor&rsquo;s subcontractors at the construction location (or place of manufacture where applicable) in accordance with ADNOC policy for supervision, quality assurance, control and inspection for the project.
</li><li>Maintain EPC contractor&rsquo;s adherence to safety, quality and schedule requirements for construction.
</li><li>Participate in identifying Construction slippage and recommend corrective action(s) to be performed by EPC contractor
</li><li>Provide construction input to estimates as and when required
</li><li>Review design documents and provide constructability input to designs
</li><li>Undertake visits to facilities/sites to support the development of construction activities, review designs and liaise with EPC Contractor or EPC Contractor&rsquo;s Subcontractors
</li><li>Identify any Specialist Vendor Support, Tools and Equipment required to implement scope
</li><li>Interface with ADNOC Operations groups as &amp; when necessary
</li><li>Taking part in site surveys and generation of reports where required
</li><li>Assist with construction input to Bid preparation
</li><li>Development of Construction requirements for Bid estimates
</li><li>Thorough working knowledge and experience of construction completion procedures &amp; Pre-commissioning activities
</li><li>Involved in Effective Change Management
</li><li>Liaise closely with ADNOC PMT team on all aspects of design and technical data
</li><li>Coordinate &amp; carry out required timely Constructability reviews, in line with Model progression
</li><li>Ensure the required Constructability Readiness reviews are addressed to suit the planned deliverables timing
</li><li>Liaise strongly with Procurement team for materials &amp; equipment deliverables for alignment to the overall project schedules
</li><li>Coordinate with Project controls on the progress of work order issuance, and proposed completion dates
</li><li>Participate in HSE improvement activities, promoting HSE elements throughout construction development wherever possible
</li><li>Full working knowledge of construction activities in relation to the relevant discipline
</li><li>Ability to review engineering design drawings and challenge work content for any improvement / cost effective methodology that can be adopted without compromise to safety. Also to be able to challenge engineering detail for possible areas of where hot work can be reduced/minimized.</li></ul></div>

Expected:
