 Assistant Residences Manager
 
 
 
 The Residences (Assistant) Manager plays a key role in the seamless daily operation of the residential community. This position is responsible for owner relations, project coordination, and ensuring the highest level of personalized service for residential owners.
 
 
 Working closely with the Director of Residences and Residences Manager, this role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in luxury hospitality or branded residences.

 Resident Experience &amp; Coordination

 Act as the primary liaison between residents and internal departments including Concierge, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security.

 Ensure consistent delivery of personalized service by maintaining accurate resident profiles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage directly with residents to address feedback, resolve concerns, glitches, solve problems and update Golden HOME with accurate information.

 Engineering &amp; Maintenance Oversight

 Support the planning and execution of projects requiring unit access or impacting shared facilities.
