Primary Objectives / Responsibilities
<ul><li>Supports adherence to generally accepted engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

</li><li>Plans discipline quality, monitors quality activities, recommends improvements, and takes action where required.
</li><li>Provide technical support within the discipline team, liaise with the project team, and consult with relevant resources as required.
</li><li>Coordinate review and approval of design and interfaces on client requirements and specifications.
</li><li>Prepare Process scope of work (SoW) and seek agreement from supervising Senior/ Lead Process Engineer (or designated representative). The Process SoW must clearly state the workscope, manhour budget and schedule to complete the work.
</li><li>Estimate Process manhours for any job using the current TW Process manhour norms.
</li><li>Ensure all work is checked and approved before issue.
</li><li>Responsible for maintaining work progress (budget, schedule) and raising change documentation where necessary.
</li><li>Supervision of Process design work, budget and schedule in Project work where requested by the Lead Process Engineer.
</li><li>Gathers data from multiple sources and prepares engineering studies, analyses, calculations, etc.
</li><li>Determines technical issues, defines alternate solutions, establishes pros/cons for multiple solutions, and makes recommendations through official project documents such as technical queries, technical deviations, etc.
</li><li>Creates final documentation incorporating all relevant information and pursues customer approval.
</li><li>Perform discipline specific engineering services such as:
<ul><li>Identify and report changes to project scope;
</li><li>Contribute to appropriate studies, analyses and recommend actions;
</li><li>Assist with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reports;
</li><li>Provide assistance during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.

 Strong understanding of refinery processes, plant equipment, and process control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mandatory: Strong ability to read and interpret P&amp;IDs and PFDs.
 </li>

 Desirable: Familiarity with ADNOC, SABIC, Saudi Aramco, QE process safety/risk standards.
 </li>

 Added advantage: Exposure to CFD, RAM, Dropped Object Studies.
