 Work Experience Requirements

 Proven experience managing large, complex bids at a minimum value of 50M&euro;

 Demonstrated track record of delivering successful bids in the field of defence, civil Infrastructure or heavy engineering industries (aerospace, security, telecommunication, cyber &amp; digital...), as well as full business lifecycle management, including capture, qualification and developing capture plans and winning strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to successfully manage a bid core team and to drive solutions to successful conclusion. In addition to this, negotiation skills with the ability to deal with customers, partners, suppliers and other parts of the business (stakeholder management skills).
 </li>
 <li>
 Comprehensive understanding of generic processes and techniques used to schedule bid management activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to producing offers in a highly regulated industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working experience within multidisciplinary, multinational teams including functions of PMO, Estimating, Engineering, Finance, Legal, HSE &amp; Quality and Commercial Management.

 The primary purpose of a Procurement Resolution Member is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process within an organization.
