 The Office of Citywide Procurement (OCP) develops, awards, and administers approximately 1,100 requirement contracts for goods and services on behalf of all City agencies, departments, boards, and authorities leveraging the City&rsquo;s buying power and maximizing efficiencies by reducing duplicative work.  DCAS seeks to hire a Purchase Director within the Citywide Procurement Operations (Fleet and Parts) Unit whose primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

 Manage procurement professionals responsible for contract execution, bid evaluation and negotiation, and tracking of all procurements.

 Oversee the full lifecycle of purchases, agreements, and contracts from inception through completion, ensuring compliance with City policies, fleet initiatives, and sustainability mandates. Support agencies with ordering, delivery coordination, and management of change orders and liquidated damages for automotive and heavy-duty contracts.

 Serve as liaison between agency business clients and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.

 Our client, a Major Broadcasting &amp; Media Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Presentation Designer to support executive-level storytelling and visual communication. This role focuses on creating polished, brand-aligned presentations and visual assets that communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.  Responsibilities:

 Develop high-impact, executive-facing presentations in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
 </li>
 <li>
 Transform complex data, narratives, and creative concepts into clean, visually compelling slides.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain brand consistency across all decks and visual materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, and leadership teams to translate ideas into clear visual stories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create custom graphics, charts, infographics, and layout designs as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple presentation deadlines in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare files for review sessions, live meetings, and stakeholder approvals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide creative recommendations and elevate the overall visual quality of internal and external materials.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years as a Presentation Designer, Sr. Visual Designer, or similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio showcasing high-level corporate or media presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to interpret content and determine the best visual approach for storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working onsite in fast-turn, high-pressure creative environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Nice to Have:

 Experience within a media, entertainment, news, or streaming environment.
