Company Setup &amp; Transition Management</b></p><br>

 Lead and coordinate all activities relating to the setup and licensing of power, including preparation of organizational, technical, and regulatory documentation.<br>

Work closely with consultants, legal advisors, and regulators (Ministry of Energy &amp; Minerals, etc.) to align on compliance and approval requirements.<br>

Oversee the handover and due diligence of network assets, customer data, and operational systems from NEDC to Company's Power.<br>

Support development of MP&rsquo;s Business Plan, O&amp;M plan, and Commercial Launch Plan.</li></ul><p><b><br>
Stakeholder Coordination</b></p><br>

Serve as the focal point for coordination between regulatory authorities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.<br>

Facilitate regular working group meetings, progress reviews, and regulatory submissions.<br>

Manage communication with customers and key industrial stakeholders regarding the transition process.<br>

</b></p><p>As Substation Electrical Engineer in our Transmission &amp; Distribution department, you will assist the Resident Engineer in supervising electrical works for high-voltage substations. You will ensure that construction activities are carried out in compliance with the contract documents, drawings, method statements, and industry standards. Your role will focus on site inspections, contractor coordination, and ensuring quality and safety during project execution.
</p><p></p><p><b>Your key responsibilities
</b></p><div>&bull; Assist the Resident Engineer in day-to-day supervision of substation electrical works.

<ul><li>Conduct regular site inspections to verify contractor performance and compliance with drawings and approved methods.
</li><li>Liaise with all technical disciplines and attend Site Technical Coordination Meetings.
</li><li>Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and construction-related documents.
</li><li>Monitor and witness construction and testing activities to ensure contract compliance.
</li><li>Support final inspections, completion certification, and handover of works.
</li><li>Ensure effective implementation of safety measures on site.

</b></p><div>&bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering (approved by relevant authorities).

<ul><li>Minimum 8 years&rsquo; experience in electrical engineering projects, with proven experience in substation works.
</li><li>Previous OETC approval is preferred.
