POSITION SUMMARY
 The Commissioning Manager leads the internal commissioning process and closeout of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and fire sprinkler systems on complex construction projects. This role ensures full system functionality, compliance with design and performance standards, and successful project turnover. They will collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and consultants to plan, execute, and document all commissioning activities driving quality assurance and operational readiness throughout construction into final handover.
 
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Manage day-to-day site commissioning activities and collaborate with project managers, contractors, and discipline teams to resolve commissioning issues and ensure coordinated execution.</li>
<li>In conjunction with owner's Commissioning Provider, develop and execute comprehensive commissioning plans for all MEP/FP systems, including test requirements, inspections, factory start-up and acceptance testing, integrated system testing, and turnover documentation.</li>
<li>Review commissioning scripts, provide technical recommendations, and ensure alignment with project design intent and performance objectives.</li>
<li>Actively participate in factory witness testing, functional performance tests, inspections, and field verification activities.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely technical documentation, including issue logs, meeting minutes, field reports, and final commissioning reports.</li>
<li>Oversee planning and execution of specialized system tests, including NETA, SCADA, controls integration, and operational verification.</li>

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (May 2026 Graduate) to help serve our connection of clients and community. Your Primary Responsibilities will include</h3> 
<ul>
<li>
Preparation of reports, construction plans, and technical specifications for projects</li>
<li>Working under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member and assist with tasks including preparing engineering related calculations, drawings, and visual aids</li>
<li>Perform site visits and field observations before and during construction</li>
<li>Able to conduct field work, tolerate variable environmental conditions, walk on uneven surfaces, and lift and carry at least 50 pounds, when needed</li>
<li>Following corporate quality procedures</li>
<li>Collaborating with design teams consisting of multidiscipline design engineers, technicians and planners</li>
<li>Ensure that projects comply with local regulations and safety standards</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation of projects, including design changes, reports, and test results</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry standards, building codes, and software advancements</li>
<li>Take initiative to learn new skills or technologies that improve project efficiency or design</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
What you'll need</h3> 
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or similar, from an accredited university</li>
<li>Experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D and Microstation</li>
<li>1-2 years of internship experience providing engineering design for storm water. wastewater, transportation, and or site development engineering projects</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment</li>

We&rsquo;re seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead custom home design/build and commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout. As a key member of the project management team, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and client service.
Key Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to:
Project Ownership
<ul><li>Take full ownership of project outcomes&mdash;responsible for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction from preconstruction through closeout.</li>
<li>Lead the development and execution of estimates, schedules, GMPs, and contract documents with accuracy and clarity.</li>
<li>Negotiate and execute contracts and scopes of work with owners, subcontractors, and vendors; ensure alignment with project goals.</li>
<li>Drive financial performance through proactive cost management, forecasting, change order oversight, and timely billing.</li>
<li>Ensure full team alignment by clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and expectations across all phases of the project.</li>
<li>Anticipate risks, identify long-lead items, and implement proactive solutions to maintain project momentum.</li>
</ul>
Team &amp; Field Collaboration
<ul><li>Partner closely with field supervision to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient workflows.</li>
<li>Foster accountability and visibility across the project team; maintain regular, effective communication.</li>
<li>Handle multiple projects concurrently at various stages and locations.</li>
</ul>
Client Service &amp; Business Development
<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.</li>
<li>Represent Reed at industry events, client meetings, and networking functions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Marketing &amp; Sales team on RFP strategies and pursuit efforts.</li>
<li>Identify repeat business and new opportunities through outstanding project execution.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications: The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, education, skill, and/or ability that is needed of an individual to perform this job successfully.
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, related field or equivalent relevant experience</li>
<li>Minimum 8+ years of project management with experience in custom residential and commercial construction.</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead complex, high-end residential and commercial projects with strong financial outcomes.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and client presentation skills.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to anticipate challenges and drive solutions.</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.</li>
<li>Proficient in On-Screen Takeoff, Sage/Timberline, and Microsoft Project.</li>
