Job Purpose
As the Manager, Packaging &ndash; Corrugate, you will lead all strategic planning and sourcing activities for the corrugate packaging category, which has a total spend of ~$250MM across the Kraft Heinz NA enterprise. You will drive program compliance and create value through Supplier and Contract Management. You will collaborate closely across the business with various Business Units, R&amp;D, Operations, and corporate functions to provide innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities
<ul><li>Strategic Sourcing and Category Planning. Refresh and execute sourcing strategies of Corrugate packaging to include overall market, industry and supply base analysis, category and supplier segmentation, sourcing activity facilitation, analysis, negotiations, contracting and implementation.
<ul><li>The category is locally managed so you own all aspects of strategy creation!</li>
</ul></li><li>Project Management. Engages in productivity, cash flow and innovation projects impacting corrugate that may be driven by procurement, the Business Unit or another functional area with a focus on overall Total Cost of Ownership.</li>
<li>Supplier Integration/Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). Works closely with key preferred and integrated suppliers for respective category areas. <li>Buying Oversight &amp; Transactional Category Activities.
