We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SAP Project Manager with a strong background in Agile Project Management, a deep understanding of the SAP Activate methodology, and proven experience in managing system integration projects. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud upgrade and its integration with our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while maximizing business value. Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud upgrade project and its integrations, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.</li><li>
Apply Agile Project Management principles and practices, including Scrum or Kanban, to facilitate iterative development, flexibility, and rapid value delivery for the core SAP implementation and the Salesforce, Ariba, Vertex, ShipERP, and SPS Commerce integrations.</li><li>
Utilize the SAP Activate methodology as the guiding framework for the SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring adherence to its phases (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run), workstreams, and deliverables.</li><li>
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, aligned with the SAP Activate roadmap and integration requirements.</li><li>
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for the SAP upgrade and all integrations in collaboration with stakeholders across business and IT functions, including the implementation partner, Argano.</li><li>
Coordinate closely with the selected SAP Implementation Partner, Argano, ensuring clear communication, shared understanding of goals, and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>
Facilitate and lead project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, involving both internal teams and the implementation partner.</li><li>
Effectively manage and motivate cross-functional project teams, including internal resources, external consultants (from Argano), and business subject matter experts for SAP and all integrated systems.</li><li>
Proactively identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies related to the SAP implementation and all integrations, developing mitigation and contingency plans.</li><li>
Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, project team members, the implementation partner, and administrators for all integrated systems.</li><li>
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SAP implementation and the integrations, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.</li><li>
Manage project budget, including the implementation partner's fees, and ensure adherence to financial targets.</li><li>
Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure the delivered SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution and all integrations meet business requirements and quality standards.</li><li>
Manage change control processes effectively, assessing the impact of changes on the SAP and integrated environments and ensuring appropriate approvals, in coordination with Argano.</li><li>
Facilitate the cutover planning and execution for the go-live of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment and the integrated functionalities.</li><li>
