Key Responsibilities
Brand Management &amp; Visual Design<ul><li>
Maintain and evolve MAKE&rsquo;s brand guidelines.</li><li>

Marketing &amp; Communication Collateral<ul><li>
Design marketing collateral including posters, flyers, brochures, reports, and presentations.</li><li>
Design corporate material such as PowerPoint presentations, packaging, labelling, collateral, signage, and any other branded material.</li><li>
Design and format documents and forms used in operations, education, and community programming.</li><li>
Develop newsletter layouts and campaign visuals in collaboration with the Comms and Community Lead.</li></ul>
Social Media &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>
Create engaging, brand-consistent content for social media including posts, stories, templates, and animations.</li><li>

Together with the Comms and Community Lead, coordinate visual content creation and campaign design to support organizational activities.</li><li>

Photography, Media &amp; Documentation<ul><li>
Document classes, events, and maker projects with a clear and natural style.</li><li>
Edit and archive media for ongoing use in content and documentation.</li><li>

Environmental Branding &amp; Facility Design<ul><li>
Lead branding for the MAKE facility including environmental graphics, signage, retail space layouts, and packaging.</li><li>

Collaboration &amp; Project Management<ul><li>
Work closely with the Comms and Community Lead to align messaging and visual tone.</li><li>
Guide and support freelance designers or junior team members when necessary.</li><li>
