 Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and channels
 </li>
 <li>
 1- 3 Proven experience in talent sourcing, ideally in a shared service or corporate environment. Research and recruitment background is a plus
 </li>
