Role Summary

The Sourcing Specialist, reporting to the Sourcing Manager, is responsible for conducting sourcing activities that involve identifying talent from various sources tailored to specific talent segments. This role will involve creating talent maps, utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to build networks, and collaborating with Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TA BPs) to support ongoing talent searches.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Talent Identification: Source high-quality candidates using strategic methods, networks, social media, branding, and technology tools to meet business goals.
  • Talent Mapping: Build talent maps to pinpoint top candidates in specific industries and regions.
  • ATS Utilization: Use SAP SuccessFactors to manage candidate data, track sourcing, and maintain accurate, updated records.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Create sourcing strategies aligned with workforce plans and organizational goals.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor talent pools, and new sourcing techniques for competitive advantage.
  • Data Analysis: Report sourcing metrics to evaluate effectiveness and support TA COE and Sourcing Manager.
  • Intelligence Gathering: Continuously collect and share insights on candidates, markets, and industries.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to understand and fulfill talent needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and channels
  • 1- 3 Proven experience in talent sourcing, ideally in a shared service or corporate environment. Research and recruitment background is a plus
