Develop and implement QAS Services and Standards improvement action plans within the department and make sure Service delivery team follow action plan in their daily checks in operations.</li><li>
Manage the service and standard delivery data models and reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics support, that support key business decisions in operations.</li><li>
Manage, supervise and organize the Service and Standard Delivery team duties in order to increase service quality in assigned area like aircraft Cabin, Customer Experience and Customer services touch points.</li><li>
Monitor and review checks /assessments like Cabin assessment, Customer Services touch points completed by each team and follow up and delegate assessments when necessary.</li><li>
Ensure the cabin cleaning activities is performed upholding the QAS image and follow-up / action on the failures that occur due to non &ndash; compliance with standard and procedure.</li><li>

Ensure that Company&rsquo;s and individual carrier&rsquo;s standards are implemented and maintained at agreed service level of quality and compliance.</li><li>

Establish and deliver short- and long-term people engagement plans to ensure and determine sufficient competencies are in place within department in accordance with operational demands.</li><li>

<p><b>Position Summary</b></p>
<p>The Premium Services Delivery Lead MEA is responsible for overseeing the delivery and operational excellence of Siemens&rsquo; managed application and SaaS offerings (on-premises or cloud) across the region.</p>
<p>Reporting functionally to the Global Head of Premium Services &amp; SaaS Operations and regionally to the Head of Services Middle East &amp; Africa, this position acts as the primary interface for our customers&mdash;ensuring exceptional service quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous service innovation.</p>
<p>The role combines operational leadership, customer relationship management, and cross-functional coordination to drive service excellence and business growth.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul><li>Lead customer onboarding, contract transitions, and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless delivery and data integrity.</li>
<li>Act as the primary contact for customers across the Middle East &amp; Africa, managing relationships, expectations, and satisfaction levels.</li>
<li>Oversee day-to-day managed services operations (on-premises and SaaS), ensuring SLA compliance, high system availability, and timely issue resolution.</li>
<li>Coordinate with technical and global SaaS operations teams to address incidents, capacity planning, and service performance.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.</li>

<li>Proven experience managing customer relationships and leading cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix organization.</li>
