 Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Structural, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

 Speak, write and read fluently in either of these preferred languages: French, Polish, Arabic, Turkish, Afrikaans, Zulu and Portuguese.
