The Lifting Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient planning, execution, and supervision of all lifting operations. This role requires a strong understanding of lifting equipment, relevant regulations, and best practices within the industry. Responsibilities * Develop and review lift plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations. * Conduct thorough risk assessments for all lifting operations. * Supervise lifting activities on site, ensuring adherence to approved lift plans and procedures. * Inspect and certify lifting equipment, ensuring it is maintained in optimal working condition. * Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on lifting operations. * Investigate lifting incidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * Maintain accurate records of all lifting activities and equipment inspections. * Collaborate with other engineers and project personnel to ensure safe and efficient project execution. * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. * Proven experience as a Lifting Engineer, with a strong track record in planning and executing complex lifting operations. * Comprehensive knowledge of lifting equipment, including cranes, hoists, and rigging gear. * Thorough understanding of relevant safety regulations and standards. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Proficient in using relevant software and tools for lift planning and analysis. &nbsp;
