</div><ul><li><div>To store the material required for the hotel operation and give it to the requesting department.</div>
</li>
<li><div>To create purchase request for store</div>
</li>
<li><div>To ensure cleanliness and tideliness of entire stores.</div>
</li>
<li><div>To check expiration date of products and inform Purchasing accordingly.</div>
</li>
<li><div>To ensure that all stock records are kept up-to-date with all stock movements,</div>
</li>
<li><div>To take invontory.</div>
</li>
<li><div>To follow food safety and processing policies in all food related areas.</div></li></ul><br>

</div><div><b>General requirements</b></div><br>

</div><ul><li><div>Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; working experience in 5star hotel.</div>
</li>
<li><div>High school diploma or equivalent.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize</div>
</li>
<li><div>Computer literate, including software use, excel, email, and word.</div>
</li>
