The role requires precision, technical expertise, and strong analytical skills to ensure projects are accurate and compliant with regulations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Measure and record land features, boundaries, and elevations using surveying instruments and GPS technology</li><li>Conduct field surveys for construction, engineering, and land development projects</li><li>Prepare and review survey drawings, maps, and reports</li><li>Verify property boundaries and resolve boundary discrepancies</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, architects, construction teams, and clients</li><li>Ensure surveys comply with legal standards, codes, and regulations</li><li>Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment</li><li>Analyze survey data and convert it into usable formats (CAD/GIS)</li><li>Provide technical advice on land use, site planning, and feasibility</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field</li><li>Professional surveyor license or certification (as required by jurisdiction)</li><li>Strong knowledge of surveying methods, instruments, and software</li><li>Proficiency in CAD and/or GIS software</li><li>Excellent mathematical and analytical skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Entry-level to senior positions available depending on role</li><li>Prior field surveying experience preferred</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Combination of outdoor fieldwork and office-based data analysis</li><li>May involve travel to project sites</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
