About the Job
The Senior Membership Officer &ndash; Pakistan plays a critical role in strengthening and expanding Better Cotton&rsquo;s membership base across Pakistan and Central Asia. Reporting to the Membership Manager and working closely with the global Membership team, this role ensures high-quality member onboarding, engagement, and retention across the supply chain. 
The Challenge
Looking ahead to 2030, we are targeting reducing GHG emissions from cotton production by half, big cuts in synthetic pesticide use, improve soil health across our network, improve farm income and support women&rsquo;s empowerment among farmers and farm workers. 
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:<ul><li>
Manage the end-to-end membership application process.</li><li>
Respond promptly and professionally to membership enquiries, ensuring accurate and consistent information in collaboration with global teams.</li><li>
Support supplier training delivery to strengthen engagement and improve the flow of Better Cotton through the supply chain.</li><li>
