About the Project: 
We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to join our Solution Architecture &amp; Planning team for a high-impact engagement &mdash; a groundbreaking initiative to build a sustainable, hyper-connected, and technologically advanced city in Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will contribute to a strategic Application Rationalization Assessment, helping to shape the future digital backbone. You will work closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and sales teams to architect end-to-end infrastructure solutions that align with innovation goals and sustainability vision.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager &ndash; Infrastructure Services Solution Architect, you will:<ul><li>
Translate client requirements into innovative, scalable, and deliverable infrastructure solutions using your deep technical expertise.</li><li>
Collaborate with sales pursuit and delivery teams to craft a winning solution that supports the client&rsquo;s value proposition and business case.</li><li>
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Infrastructure Services with strong advisory, influence, and leadership capabilities.</li><li>
Lead and guide cross-functional teams, making architectural decisions that align with project and organizational goals.</li><li>
Design solutions that span multiple infrastructure domains, such as:<ul><li>
Cloud (IaaS/PaaS)</li><li>
Data Center Modernization</li><li>
Network &amp; Connectivity</li><li>
Application Hosting</li><li>
IT Operations &amp; Service Management</li></ul></li><li>
Facilitate workshops to gather, validate, and align on requirements with business and technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Create detailed architectural documentation, including solution designs, roadmaps, implementation plans, and cost models.</li><li>
Develop and refine solution planning, costing, and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and deliverability.</li><li>
Mentor junior architects and technical leads, promoting architectural best practices and continuous learning.</li><li>
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, methods, and trends to improve client outcomes and service offerings.</li></ul></div>
 
<div>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
At least 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and solution architecture roles, with a proven record of delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure solutions.</li><li>
Proven experience working as a lead or senior solution architect in client-facing roles, ideally in consulting or enterprise IT.</li><li>
Deep understanding of Application Rationalization and IT transformation initiatives.</li><li>
Strong expertise in:<ul><li>
Infrastructure Services (Cloud, On-Premise, Hybrid)</li><li>
Solution Architecture &amp; Design</li><li>
Requirements Analysis</li><li>
Costing &amp; Pricing Models</li><li>
Enterprise IT strategy</li></ul></li><li>
Experience with one or more major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid environments.</li><li>
Familiarity with smart city infrastructure, large-scale government or urban digital projects is a strong plus.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Master proficiency in:<ul><li>

Solution Planning, Costing &amp; Pricing</li><li>
Requirements Analysis</li></ul></li><li>
Professional certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are advantageous.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting to C-level executives.</li><li>
Experience working in or with teams in the Middle East / GCC region is a plus.</li></ul>
