Job Summary
The Technology Lead - META and Russia will act as the strategic interface between senior business leadership and Sandoz IT for assigned markets or business functions and provide end-to-end technology partnering across all technology domains (manufacturing, supply, commercial, etc.) to enable ongoing business needs. The role currently covers 8 Corporate &amp; Commercial Offices, with a total of approximately 1,200 associates
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
<ul><li>Ability to reduce the local applications, working with global teams, especially in Analytics tools
</li><li>Manage the IT partners locally, being able to collaborate with other business departments
</li><li>Aligning with country strategy, owning the technology space
</li><li>Work with other IT guys, local and global (infrastructure, application and platforms, service desk, follow up on issues and able to coordinate root cause and resolution to multiple and diverse IT problems (Hardware and software)
</li><li>Short term planning approach of this role (as managing the cluster region META and Russia)

</li></ul></li><li>Manage strategic relationships with senior leadership of assigned markets/functions and serve as a key point of contact and trusted advisor/business partner
</li><li>Single point of contact for the most senior leaders of each division in the respective markets or functions, ensuring integration of business engagement and consistent Sandoz IT experience for the business groups across all services
</li><li>Develop trust-based relationships and drive business alignment and readiness for business capability investment according to business strategy
</li><li>Address business demand by capturing high level technology requirements x-functionally, developing business cases and support prioritization by value management
</li><li>Ensure local readiness for and alignment to global standards, to efficiently use IT investments and operate securely
</li><li>Communicate global technology strategy, decisions, priorities and progress of initiatives and oversee resolution of escalated issues from respective markets
</li><li>Collaborate with other global technology functions to advance customer engagement technology capabilities for the markets
</li><li>Understand and anticipate direction of the businesses, identify opportunities, and make recommendations to support the desired future technology and business goals
</li><li>Represent end-to-end Sandoz technology functions in the overall local business engagement and governance

Experience:

 The Information Security Officer is responsible for the oversight and ongoing improvement of the Cyber Security processes in the organization. Additionally, this role will be involved in the maintenance of standard operating procedures as they relate to the day-to-day operations of Security and Information Technology service delivery.
 
 
 The position is expected to implement global security rules in local country.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Evaluate the country&rsquo;s security posture regularly
 </li>
 <li>
 Adjust the strategy to address emerging risks
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure alignment with overall corporate objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and assess cybersecurity risks at country level
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that risks are addressed and integrated into the Group&rsquo;s Cyber Risk Mgmt. framework
 </li>
 <li>
 Take immediate action in the event of security incidents or breaches
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with local business responsible &amp; CISO to mitigate risks and ensure timely communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular updates to the local Mgmt. Board, Global Cyber Security Management Lead &amp; CISO
 </li>
 <li>
 Inform on the progress of security initiatives, incidents, and deviations from security objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and implement awareness initiatives, incl. mandatory employee training &amp; specialized sessions for senior leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Support local business to react much faster on security incidents and advise and suggest secure solution, assess &amp; improve security level in country
 </li>
 <li>
 Globally aligned cyber security strategy with highest standards to fulfill compliance needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Roll-out internal policies, standards, procedures and instructions
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in internal and external audits
 </li>

 Necesarry Skills:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in management of IT Security
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced level of verbal and written English is a must
 </li>
 <li>
 Existing Security Certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.) or comparable will be plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of ISO27001/2 will be plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of computer systems and networks
 </li>
 <li>
 Very good communication with stakeholders and persuasion skills
 </li>
