 Key Responsibilities

 Act as Line manager for all test centre staff regarding employee relations, training &amp; development, absence management and performance management

 Support the Regional Manager in recruitment issues and conduct staff interviews as required

 JOB SUMMARY: The Custodian will support the efficient operation of all spaces at 80 Pitt with an eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership. The Custodian is responsible for daily maintenance and upkeep of all bathrooms, common spaces and classrooms at 80 Pitt Street. This includes garbage removal, floor care, and general cleaning. In addition, the Custodian supports the programs with event set up and room set up as directed by the Facilities Manager or OAC Manager, as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>
Must have a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).</li><li>
Previous youth based/school/community center security experience a plus.</li><li>
