Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. The Role
Core Responsibilities
Develop and begin implementing Air&rsquo;s IG strategy<ul>
<li>Design and begin executing a thoughtful, data-informed strategy to grow Air&rsquo;s presence on Instagram with a goal of dramatically scaling our reach and engagement.</li>
<li>Audit Air&rsquo;s current social media presence, audience and competitive landscape.</li>
<li>Build perspective on how and where Air can win and develop a tactical approach to doing it.</li>
</ul>Grow Air&rsquo;s audience across social media platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube)<ul>
<li>Set and track clear goals for audience and engagement growth, showcasing consistent growth in video reach and views.</li>
<li>Create and post short-form video content regularly across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.</li>
<li>Understand and measure with analytics what &ldquo;works&rdquo; and what &ldquo;doesn&rsquo;t&rdquo;. Iterate constantly.</li>
</ul>Build and manage Air&rsquo;s UGC + Influencer creator network<ul>
<li>Invite and collaborate with UGC creators and influencers, building a network of regular collaborators across Air's social media platforms.</li>
<li>Conduct an audit of relevant creators and influencers across platforms, building relationships with those aligned to our values and audience.</li>
<li>Manage the end-to-end collaboration process&mdash;from content planning and feedback to payment logistics and post-launch performance tracking.</li>
</ul>Requirements
Experience:
<ul><li>2-5 years creating social media for either/both your Personal-brand or a Brand-brand.</li></ul><ul>
<li>Keen understanding of how social media works (e.g. perspectives on clipping, virality, audience and which platforms and why)</li>
<li>Creative strategist with a sharp point of view on content, culture, and what makes ideas resonate.</li>
<li>Strong network in creator community, ability to project manage and deliver results.
</li></ul>Technical Ability:
<ul><li>A large Instagram/TikTok following, experience with content creation, front and behind camera, with fast, clean video editing chops.</li>

 About the Role
 
 The Publisher Development team is responsible for sourcing, creating, internationalizing and distributing Publisher education resources according to needs across industries and key verticals to drive Publisher activeness. The team will utilize partner and market input and work closely with xfn teams such as Product, Creator, and GBS to bring world-class resources and external narratives to all Publisher types.
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 - Design relevant and actionable Publisher education resources to drive Publisher activeness
 
 - Own the end-to-end development of vertical-specific narratives, from initial creation through content development and external rollout
 
 - Develop a resource creation roadmap based on Publisher Solutions, regional and xfn teams' input with the goal to drive activation rate
 
 - Collect, review, edit and internationalise global Publisher resources and redistribute best-in-class content to partner managers globally in a trackable way
 
 - Support the development of resource distribution and utilisation frameworks and formats to measure and improve the impact of educational resources on Publisher activeness and satisfaction

 Minimum Qualifications:
 
 - Experience in content strategy, education and/or learning resource creation, focused on the publisher and content ecosystem
 
 - Ability to create world-class external facing educational resources and manage resource development, distribution and reiteration process end-to-end in a cross-functional and global role
 
 - Strong track record of working across teams, organizational structures, geographies to drive impact
 
 - Exceptional creator/partner management capabilities

 The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $143556 annually.&ZeroWidthSpace;
