Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Utilize Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan reservation systems to efficiently book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services for clients.</li><li>Prepare detailed and customized itineraries based on client preferences and needs.</li><li>Offer expert advice to clients on various travel options, itineraries, accommodations, and visa/passport requirements to meet their specific desires.</li><li>Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to maintain client profiles and preferences for personalized service.</li><li>Handle booking changes, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Manage budgets effectively to meet profit or sales targets.</li><li>Analyze travel options and apply competitive pricing strategies to find cost-effective solutions while maximizing company profits.</li><li>Offer holiday packages and influence clients to choose suitable options.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting travelers before, during, and after their trips.</li><li>Skillfully handle customer queries and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.</li><li>Maintain meticulous records of all bookings, payments, and communication with clients to ensure proper documentation and compliance.</li><li>Prepare and distribute tour itineraries to clients.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations to provide clients with the most current information.</li><li>Continuously update knowledge about visa and passport requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience as a Travel Consultant / Travel Agent is essential.</li><li>Proficiency in Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan reservation systems.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and in a team.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules, including afternoon and night shifts.</li><li>Influencing and negotiation skills to meet sales targets.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
