Stardom & Emenac Travel is a well-established travel agency committed to delivering outstanding travel solutions to its clients. We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent who is well-versed in Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan reservation systems. The ideal candidate should have solid industry experience, strong English communication skills, and the flexibility to work afternoon and night shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle flight, hotel, car rental, and other travel bookings efficiently using Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan.
• Create customized and detailed travel itineraries according to client requirements.
• Guide clients with professional advice on travel routes, accommodations, airline options, and visa/passport regulations.
• Maintain and update customer information using CRM systems to ensure personalized service.
• Process booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds accurately while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales targets and budgets effectively to support business growth.
• Evaluate travel options and apply competitive pricing strategies to secure the best deals.
• Promote and sell holiday packages based on client preferences.
• Deliver excellent customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues before, during, and after travel.
• Professionally manage customer concerns and complaints.
• Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
• Prepare and share tour itineraries with clients.
• Stay informed about airline policies, travel regulations, and industry updates.
• Regularly update knowledge regarding visa and passport requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent / Travel Consultant.
• Hands-on expertise with Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-focused.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and nights.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
