We are currently hiring a Videographer to join our growing team.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, social media, and content creation, and who has strong hands-on experience in videography and video editing.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple platforms.</li><li>Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), including content planning, posting, and community engagement.</li><li>Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales and creative teams for campaign alignment.</li><li>Analyze marketing performance and generate reports.</li><li>Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and track performance.</li><li>Monitor SEO, website traffic, and social media analytics to optimize results.</li><li>Basic Web Design and Website Management</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience in content creation and short-form video editing (real estate experience is a plus).</li><li>Proficiency in *CapCut* (mobile and/or desktop).</li><li>Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and design software (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).</li><li>Strong understanding of current marketing trends and platforms.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Arabic &amp; English speaking is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Ajman (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
