Duties

• Assist with planting, pruning, watering, weeding, and mulching to promote healthy growth of flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawn
• Prior experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued
• Familiarity with organic growing techniques and plant recognition are a plus
• Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, pruners) safely and effectively; we not use power tools
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor conditions; ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects as needed
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to garden care and maintenance
