Salary: $20.00 per hour

Season: ASAP start through Labor day (Has potential to extend through fall)

Summary:

We are looking for multiple Seasonal Groundskeepers to undertake the responsibility of the appearance of the exterior of our multiple sites in Orchard Park, NY. The goal is to maintain the upkeep of the community and common areas.

Responsibilities:

• Keep grounds free from trash, liter, and debris
• Keep the dumpster area free from trash
• Water landscaping as needed
• Maintain pool area
• Ensure laundry rooms are clean
