Seasonal Production Team Member

Position Summary: Gear Up is seeking seasonal team members who are eager to learn and work in a collaborative environment to meet production goals while adhering to high-quality standards.

Season: Now to between January - March 2026, with possibility to convert to permanent.

Primary roles include:

· Pre-Production/Filtering – Sorting and picking artwork (logos, numbers, etc.), verifying that art and garment SKUs match order paperwork.

· Pressing – Interpreting order paperwork. Positioning art, names, and numbers on garments. Operating textile heat presses.

· QC/Shipping – Verifying that the finished product matches customer orders, packaging and preparing orders for shipment, and interacting with our shipping software.

Available Shifts:

· Full-Time 40+ hours

· 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday through Friday, and Saturday 6 hours as needed.

· 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Monday through Friday, and Saturday 6 hours as needed.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to kneel, squat, bend and lift up to 40 pounds.

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

· Ability to climb OSHA approved rolling ladders.
